Who we are
AI Guy 239 is the independent AI services practice of Scott Campbell, based in Naples, Florida. This policy covers the aiguy239.com intake page and the conversations that follow it. Questions about this policy: Scott239489@gmail.com · (239) 376-3377.
What we collect
- Submitted through the intake page: your business name (required), your name (optional), the topics you select, the message text as you edit it, your contact preference, and a card reference code (for example
?card=NPL-0042) if you arrived from a printed card. - Only what you actually send. The page prepares a text message or email on your own device. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your own messaging or email app. Anything you type but never send is not transmitted to us and is not stored by us.
- SMS conversation data: the mobile number you text from, the content of the messages we exchange, and delivery records from the phone carriers.
- Call data: if you call our service number, the caller’s number, time, and call duration may be logged.
- Page analytics (planned, not yet active): the Phase 2 system plans simple event counts (page opened, topic tapped, send tapped) with the card code when present. Analytics are not running today, and when they are, they will never include keystrokes, message drafts, or form contents.
How we use information
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- To keep requests from the same office together.
- To provide the services you ask about, and follow up only within the contact preference you chose.
- To understand, in aggregate, which card drops and topics produce inquiries — from the inquiries themselves — never to profile individuals.
SMS consent and opting out
When you choose “Yes — contact me” on the intake page and send your inquiry, you agree that AI Guy 239 may call and text you, conversationally, about that inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
On the AI Guy 239 campaign number, (239) 376-3377: you can end campaign text messages at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation, and the carrier-level opt-out stays in effect until you re-subscribe through the provider-recognized mechanism (for example by texting START or UNSTOP from your own phone). Reply HELP for assistance.
On Scott’s personal phone number (used for ordinary one-to-one conversation while the service launches): carrier keyword automation does not apply there — just ask him to stop, and he will. A do-not-contact request is honored the same on either number.
If you choose “Not yet — please don’t contact me” on the intake page, we log your inquiry and send nothing.
Sharing — the short version is we don’t
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell personal information. The only companies that touch your information are the providers that operate the plumbing — the phone/SMS carriers that deliver text messages, the email provider that delivers anything you send by email, the hosting provider that serves this website, and Google, which supplies the fonts these pages load (your browser fetches them from Google, so Google sees that request like any web request) — and they process it only to deliver the service.
Retention
Inquiry and conversation records are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any work that follows, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask for your records to be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing Scott239489@gmail.com or texting (239) 376-3377.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect what we hold. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not text sensitive information — Social Security numbers, payment details, health information, or legal specifics. If sensitive information does arrive, Scott avoids repeating it unnecessarily and handles it manually. (Automated masking is planned as part of the Phase 2 system; it does not exist yet and is not claimed here.)
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
