The service
AI Guy 239 is the independent AI services practice of Scott Campbell in Naples, Florida. When you send an inquiry through aiguy239.com and choose “Yes — contact me,” you are starting a conversational, two-way exchange: you ask about AI help for your business, and we reply by text message or phone call. These are conversational service messages about your own inquiry — not marketing campaigns, promotions, or recurring alerts.
Service number
Messages sent through the AI Guy 239 text-messaging campaign come from the designated campaign number, (239) 376-3377. Depending on the conversation, you may also hear directly from Scott’s personal phone. The two are separate: replying STOP to (239) 376-3377 opts you out of the AI Guy 239 campaign, while messages from Scott’s personal number are ordinary one-to-one texts — just ask him to stop.
Your consent
By selecting “Yes — contact me” on the intake page and pressing send in your own messaging app, you agree that AI Guy 239 may call and text you at the number you used, conversationally, about the inquiry you submitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you are welcome to ask questions without ever buying anything, and choosing “Not yet — please don’t contact me” is always available.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from (239) 376-3377 to end campaign text messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and the carrier-level opt-out then stays in effect until you re-subscribe through the provider-recognized mechanism — for example by texting START or UNSTOP from your own phone. Submitting a new inquiry through the website does not reverse a carrier-level opt-out.

Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with the pace of your conversation — some inquiries take two texts, some take ten. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

The service is available to US mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we don’t do over text
Quotes, proposals, and anything you are asked to pay for are always confirmed with you explicitly — nothing is ever billed because of an ambiguous text. Please don’t send sensitive information (Social Security numbers, payment details, health information) by text; see the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
